• Enter: Mobile, Email id, Promotional Code, Name, City & State
• Upload a scanned image or photo of the Product Invoice (dated within offer period).
• Submit the form for verification.
• Upon successful verification of your invoice, we will send a code and a web link to your registered mobile number within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Visit the provided redemption URL and follow the instructions to claim your assured Cashback/Gift.

STEPS TO REDEEM BENEFIT VOUCHERS (DEALS & DISCOUNTS)

• Enter the same registered mobile number and follow the online instructions for registration.
• After registration, please click on the "Redeem Your Deals" option to check and redeem any and all deals and discount offers currently available there.
• Click on "View Details" to check how to redeem and the terms and conditions for a particular deal. Click on the "Redeem Now" button to get and copy the offer code. You can also take screenshots for future reference. All codes must be redeemed within 30 days after fetching the offer code.
• Here, benefit vouchers stand for discounts and deals offered by selected participating brands on the purchase of their products or services.
• Some deals may take up to 24 hours to activate after submitting the request.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Onam offer (Only for Kerala State) - Offer valid from 20th July’2026 to 5th September’2026; Last Date to redeem the Cashback/Gift is 5th October’ 2026.
• Diwali offer (All India except Kerala, West Bengal, Northeast States & Tamil Nadu) - Offer valid from 19th September’2026 to 10th November’2026; Last Date to redeem the Cashback/Gift is 10th December’ 2026.
• Diwali / Durga Puja offer (Only for West Bengal & Northeast States) - Offer valid from 10th September’2026 to 10th November’2026; Last Date to redeem the Cashback/Gift is 10th December’ 2026.
• This offer is valid for residents of India who are 18 years of age and above.
• Applicable on Purchase of any Lloyd products from authorized Havells outlets anywhere in India during the offer period.
• One scratch card per invoice; one redemption per customer (per mobile number, email ID, and payment method).
• Each eligible customer will win one assured cashback of ₹300/- through the Scratch Card, while every 10th registered customer will be eligible to receive an additional gift, subject to verification, not applicable in case of Bumper prize winner. Lucky winners will also stand a chance to win a Bike worth ₹1.25 Lakhs (Ex-showroom), and one lucky customer will win the Mahindra Thar AXT Diesel 2WD (RWD) Manual as the Bumper Prize. Model/variant of the Bumper prize and its ex-showroom price may vary.
• The gift revealed is final and cannot be exchanged, altered, or converted.
• Only original, clear, and valid invoices will be accepted; handwritten, altered, or unclear invoices will be rejected.
• All gifts will be subject to Indian laws, including tax regulations, as and when applicable. If any gift item is subject to TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), the winners may be required to complete KYC and bear applicable taxes (e.g., Gift Tax, TDS), all applicable taxes, including TDS, GST (where applicable), gift tax or any other statutory levy shall be borne by the winner, wherever applicable under law and it should be paid upon request before dispatching the gift.
• Offer not valid for Havells employees, dealers, distributors, or trade partners.
• Havells and its authorized agency reserve the right to verify entries, reject invalid submissions, substitute equivalent rewards, modify, suspend or withdraw the offer in case of fraud, technical issues, force majeure or circumstances beyond reasonable control without prior notice.
• Any attempt to manipulate, duplicate, or misuse the redemption process will lead to disqualification and legal action if required.
• Any disputes, if arising, will be settled under the jurisdiction of the Delhi Court, to the exclusion of all other courts in India.
